Update: The pilot of the plane has been identified as John Mangan.

Just one day after a devastating crash at the Reno Air Show that left 9 people dead, a second fatal accident has occurred, this time in West Virginia. The incident happened at the Thunder Over the Blue Ridge Open House and Air Show in Martinsburg. A local newspaper, The Journal, reports the pilot has been killed and suggested he might have been  Jack “Flash” Mangan.

The rest of the event has been cancelled. Officials encouraged spectators to reach out if they feel like they witnessed a traumatic event. The crash occurred around 2:30 p.m. and involved a T-28, World War II-era aircraft.
