The Los Angeles District Attorney released the first death picture of music legend Michael Jackson, as part of the opening arguments in the involuntary manslaughter trial of the star’s personal physician Conrad Murray.
Prosecutors allege that Murray provided Jackson with “propofol as part of a lethal cocktail of drugs then abandoned the singer to make calls and return emails the morning of June 25, 2009.”
A tape of Jackson clearly heavily under the influence of some drugs was also entered into evidence during the opening statements. The recording was allegedly made on May 10, 2009.
