Last night, Emmy-nominated TV journalist Serene Branson did a segment for a Los Angeles affiliate about the Grammy Awards to start the broadcast. What happened next is included in the video below. When I first saw it, I feared the worst. It sounds like she suffers a stroke on the air. The TV station, however, issued a statement today that paramedics examined her immediately after her report and determined she had not suffered any medical crisis. She is resting comfortably at home today. Still don’t know if I find this clip funny.
Most clips of the incident have been removed, but ABC News and the Today Show were quick to weigh in with experts speculating about what might have happened.
